Northark Grill ribbon-cutting scheduled for Aug. 19

A ribbon-cutting for the Knuckle Sandwich at the Northark Grill will be 11 a.m. Aug. 19 at the college's south campus. The public is invited to attend.

Many locals are familiar with the Knuckle Sandwich food truck that travels around Harrison and is operated by the Hinrichs family.  Northark is excited to announce that Knuckle Sandwich will be operating the Northark Grill this year and making the most amazing food for students, employees and the public.

You can start your tasting journey on August 12 when they will begin serving breakfast and lunch on the south campus. The public is welcome.

The Northark Grill will be open for breakfast and lunch.

Northark Grill cards can be bought in increments of $25 each, and financial aid can be used for the cards.
