One concert, five causes sums up the mission of Rockin’ for a Cause. Rockin’ for a Cause is a community effort and partnership between several local nonprofit organizations. Rockin’ for a Cause presents Little River Band on April 28 at Pioneer Pavilion in Harrison. Proceeds from this concert will benefit five local charities including CASA, Harrison Chamber of Commerce, North Arkansas College, North Arkansas Medical Foundation and Rotary Club of Harrison.

“We are so excited to be able to partner with all of these worthy organizations and bring a concert like this to Harrison,” Event organizer Shannon Snow said. “Our goal is to build this event and make it ever bigger every year for our community.”

“This effort is a way for these organizations to say thank you for the community’s support,” Rotary Marketing Chair Spree Hilliard said. “Not only are you able to give to several worthy causes, but you get to enjoy a great night of music.”

Rockin’ for a Cause is presented by Harrison’s Convention and Visitors Bureau. Event sponsors include Ritter Communications and Equity Bank.

Tickets start at $40 and can be purchased at Doors to the event open at 6 p.m. and National Park Radio will begin at 7 p.m. with Little River Band to follow.
