The North Arkansas College Foundation advances the college through financial support and has raised millions of dollars since its reorganization in 1985.
The Foundation has provided more than $500,000 in scholarships to students in the last five years.
The Foundation also has provided funds for the construction of the South Campus library, John Paul Hammerschmidt Business and Conference Center and Bill Baker Amphitheatre as well as renovations at the Center Campus and South Campus student services area.
Each year, the Foundation hosts several activities including:
- Annual Fund Drive
- Summer Movie Series
- 3-person Scramble Golf Tournament
- Scholarship Donors Luncheon
- Economic Update Breakfast Series
- Evening on the Plaza
The members of the Foundation board are elected by the Foundation board and serve five-year terms. Nominations for election to the board may be made either by Foundation board members or members of the College's Board of Trustees.
