Pre-Allied Health
The Certificate in Pre-Allied Health provides foundation courses for students seeking admission in allied health programs with selective admission criteria.
Admissions:
In order to complete the admission process, prospective students must provide the Northark Admissions Office with the following information:
- An official application for admission.
- ACT or COMPASS test scores. (COMPASS Test is given at Northark, for information contact the Admissions Office)
- Immunization records for measles and rubella; if born 1/1/1957 or after.
- An official copy of transfer transcript if credit is to be awarded from other institutions. First-time entering student must submit high school transcript.

ALDH 1042 or 1043 - Medical Terminology
CHEM 1003 - Chemistry for Allied Health or BIOL 2224 - Anatomy & Physiology II
BIOL 2214 - Anatomy and Physiology I
CIS 1103 - Introduction to Information Technology
ENGL 1013 - English Composition I
ENGL 1023 - English Composition II
MAT 1133 - Intermediate Algebra or higher
PSYC 2003 - General Psychology or SOC 2013 - Introduction to Sociology
One Academic Elective
*MAT 1134 Applied Algebra & Trigonometry will not be accepted as an option for the math requirement for this program.
