1-Year Technical Certificate: Collision Repair Technology
The Collision Repair Certificate is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions as collision repair technicians. Students will learn to use hand and power tools to prepare, finish, and point-damaged surfaces, repair and replace metal, glass, and electrical components, straighten and repair damaged frames, use modern collision estimating and parts look-up software, and perform basic electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair of the complex systems in today’s automobiles. The Certificate can be used as one of the technical disciplines required for the AAS in General Technology.
