1-Year Technical Certificate: Restaurant Management

The Restaurant Management Certificate is designed to prepare students for the field of restaurant management at the supervisory level.  The curriculum is based on that recommended by the national Restaurant Association and students receive a certificate of completion from the national Hospitality Association in addition to a Northark diploma.  Additionally, students will receive national Hospitality Association Certifications in Sanitation, Safety, and Nutrition.  The Certificate may be used as one of the technical disciplines required for the AAS in General Technology.
