We encourage every student to participate.
The Arkansas PBL State Fall Leadership Conference will be held in Fort Smith, Arkansas on November 2, 2007, and November 3, 2007. The Conference will be held on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith (UAFS). At the State Leadership Conference, students compete in many business and educational events. First and Second place winners at State are eligible to compete at the National Leadership Conference. SLC is always a lot of fun, check out the SLC photos from last year on our web site.
The Institute for Leaders will be held on June 19, 2007 to June 21, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia.(The Institute for Leaders is the organizational and leadership training session for state and local chapter officers, members, and advisers.)
The National Leadership Conference will be held June 21, 2007 to June 24, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia. Students and advisers participate in motivational general sessions and processional development and career planning workshops, and participate in national competitive events.The National Leadership Conference concludes the year's activities and sets the stage for the upcoming school year.
If you are enrolled in the Business/Professional Leadership class, you should attend all PBL meetings. If you are unable to attend these functions, please see Mrs. Keymer on an individual basis.
