Community Education Fees


Payment must be received in order to complete the enrollment process. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment is necessary to guarantee place in class. Students who register for community education classes at North Arkansas College are required to pay all related charges two business days before the class is scheduled to begin. Any tentative enrollment will be voided if payment is not made by this date.  Payment arrangements may be made via written, non‐revocable payment commitments from approved third‐party entities. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If paying by check, make checks payable to North Arkansas College. Supply fees may be an additional cost, payable to instructor at first class. 

Online payments may be made via Paypal through the online enrollment form.

Payment may also be made in person at the South Campus Student Accounts Office, Room M134.

To pay by mail, send a check or money order to North Arkansas College, Attn: Community Education, 1515 Pioneer Drive, Harrison, AR 72601.


One-day classes:  
100% refund prior to the scheduled class
0% refund after the scheduled class

Multi-day classes:
100% refund on 1st & 2nd day
75% refund on 3rd day
50% on the 4th day
0% after the 4th day

Cancellation Policy

North Arkansas College reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled, students may transfer credit to an upcoming class or a full refund of payment will be issued. We will do our best to notify you of any cancellations and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All refunds will be issued by check and sent through the mail and can take up to two weeks to process. Decisions to cancel due to low enrollment will be made one week prior to the first day of class.
