The LPN to RN Bridge Program at Northark offers Practical Nurses a fast track to becoming a Registered Nurse. Once admitted to the Bridge program, students can complete nursing classes in one year (January-December) of intensive study. The links below provide information and forms for admission.

LPN-RN Program of Study
The LPN-RN bridge program begins every January and is a one year program. The deadline for application is September 1.
All persons seeking initial licensure as a nurse in Arkansas and Missouri are required to undergo a Criminal History Background Check. The criminal background check shall be completed no earlier than 12 months prior to the application for licensure by examination. The Arkansas State Police is the agency responsible for conducting the background checks in Arkansas and the Missouri State Police is the agency responsible for conducting the background checks in Missouri.
