Student Housing Handbook

Pioneer Villas is a new two-story, on-campus residence hall for North Arkansas College students. The residence hall is located on the College’s South Campus in Harrison, Arkansas and will house 64 students in 16 fully-furnished apartments — 12 single bedroom units and four two-bedroom units. Each apartment includes its own living room and kitchen. All units come fully furnished with a twin standard bed, refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee table, work desk and chair. Rates include all utilities.

Leases are available in academic term (Fall '23 - Spring '24) and full term (Fall '23 - Summer '24) options. Students can apply financial aid and certain scholarships toward housing costs.

All students need be admitted to North Arkansas College in order to apply for campus housing.

Living on campus has many advantages. Pioneer Villas provides convenience for students both academically and socially. The residence hall is in within walking distance of South Campus classes, Learning Resource Center, College Store and other campus facilities. Comfy lounges give students a chance to host study groups or a fun hangout with friends.

The residence hall is also close to the College’s gymnasium and baseball, softball and soccer fields, so students can easily attend games and cheer on the Pioneers.

Single Occupancy Room $2,750 - Spring 2023 $800 - Summer 2023	Double Occupancy Room $2,250 - Spring 2023

*Add $100/semester if bringing personal refrigerator
