Diplomas are issued three (3) times per year, December, May and July. Students must meet all degree requirements by the end of the semester that diplomas are issued. All students have the option of participating in spring commencement exercises. Any student wishing to receive a certificate or associate degree, must make application in the Registrar’s Office during the following time frames:
By November 1, for Fall Graduation (December)
By March 1, for Spring Graduation (May)
By April 1, for Summer graduates participating in May Commencement Ceremony
By June 1, for Summer Graduation (July)
Each student must apply and meet minimum requirements to receive a diploma. There is no graduation application fee, and there is no cost for the cap and gown as long as you participate in Commencement.
Students must make application whether or not they plan to participate in the May commencement ceremony.
Print out the graduation form using the print icon on the PDF tool bar. Then fill out the entire application and submit it to the Registrar's Office, Room M185. You can also mail the form using the following information: Registrar's Office, North Arkansas College, 1515 Pioneer Drive, Harrison, AR 72601.
