CUSTOMER SERVICE STAR
CUSTOMER SERVICE STAR – Becky Poor (left), who works with student accounts in the business office, is the first recipient of the North Arkansas College “Customer Service Star” award. Making the presentation is Micki Somers, president of the classified staff association and coordinator of public relations and development at Northark. The monthly award goes to a classified staff employee at the college for outstanding customer service. Benefits include a gift certificate to the employee’s choice of local restaurants from the Northark Foundation, a reserved parking spot, and a plaque.
