Student Information Change

To officially update your student information, just print (using the print icon on the Flashpaper toolbar below), fill out, and send! If you have any questions contact the Registrar's Office at (870) 391-3241 or stop by room M185.

Please note: Change of address does not necessarily constitute change of residency and/or tuition fee status. Proper documentation must be submitted to the Registrar's Office in order to lower a student's tuition fee status. Need more information on residency requirements? Click here>
