Diplomas are issued three (3) times per year, December, May and July.  Students must meet all degree requirements by the end of the semester that diplomas are issued.  All students have the option of participating in spring commencement exercises.

Any student wishing to receive a certificate or associate degree, must make application in the Registrar’s Office during the following time frames:

 By November 1, 2007, for December 2007

By March 3, 2008, for May 2008

By June 2, 2008, for July 2008

There is no application fee or cost for the cap and gown; however, students must apply to receive their diploma. Any questions should be directed to the Registrar’s Office, Room M185.
