Reporting Issues
It’s very important to send the technicians as much information as possible. If there is a visual issue please take a screen shot. To take a screen shot push the Print Screen button on your keyboard once. Open up Microsoft Word and select Edit > Paste .
Describe the issue in as much detail as you can is this the first time it has ever happened? Is this an ongoing issue?
Please refrain from sending generalized issues such as, ‘it’s all broken’. The more specific you are the more likely we can get the issue resolved quickly.
