| Certificate | Certification for postsecondary training that could take up to two years |
| M.A. | Master of Arts—a graduate degree in the arts awarded after two (or more) years of study after receiving a bachelor's degree. |
| M.S. | Master of Science—a graduate degree in the sciences or other applied areas of study awarded after two (or more) years of study after receiving a bachelor's degree. |
