Mrs. Richiert has been employed with North Arkansas College since 1987. She began as an instructor in the science department prior to being hired as Director of Educational Talent Search in 1990. As of 1998, she was named TRIO Director with the newly awarded Educational Opportunity Center grants from the U.S. Department of Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master's of Science in Microbiology from Southwest Missouri State University.
