During these years, I worked in public high schools, six months in Indiana and eleven and one-half years in Arkansas.  I taught English and science; I worked with students in advanced, regular, and remedial tracks.  In 1978, I began working as a counselor, K-12.  In addition to my assigned responsibilities, I sponsored the yearbook, newspaper, Beta Club, and a class for five years, and cheerleaders for two years.

 

Other Experience        

While I was in college, I worked as a cashier in a grocery store, a typist and cue-person for a one-man show, and an actuarial clerk for Farm Bureau Insurance.
