Mr. Hoffman works as an academic counselor for the Educational Talent Search office. He began working with the Educational Talent Search Program at North Arkansas College in 2007.
Ryan works with students in grades 7 through 12 at Bergman, Bruno-Pyatt, Lead Hill, Valley Springs, and Yellville-Summit schools.
Mr. Hoffman helps students in choosing a career, finding the right post-secondary education, and getting the financial aid they need. He also does workshops on study skills, critical thinking, ACT preparation, self-esteem development, goal/value setting, and planning/organization. College tours and cultural events are some of the field trips he takes the students on.
Ryan has an Associates of Arts Degree from Brevard Community College (in Florida) and an Elementary K-6 Education Degree from The University of Central Florida.
