Mrs. Bishop graduated from the University of Arkansas with a double major in General Business and Business Education followed by a Master's degree in Business and Vocational Education. Her certifications include the Certified Novel Administration Certification, the Cisco Web Design Certification, and the Adobe Certified Associate Web Communication Certification. She has authored numerous textbooks for Course Technology Thomson Learning and Course Technology Delmar Learning including Illustrated Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 Revealed, and The Web Collection CS4: Standard and Premium editions.
Teaching Areas: Web Design (Adobe Dreamweaver), Foundations of 2D Animation (Adobe Flash), Desktop Publishing (Adobe InDesign), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
