Women's Basketball Coach Bobby Howard

Last year’s team finished with a record of 16-10, finished second in the Region 2 conference and was defeated in the semi-finals of the region tournament. Two players were named to the All-Region team, Kamryn Sutterfield and Abby Dietsche. Dietsche was also named NJCAA third team All-American. The Lady Pioneers also had 3 NJCAA All-Academic players, Abbey Linville, Madelon Youngblood, and Kamryn Sutterfield. The team also was awarded All-Academic honors with a cumulative GPA of 3.19.

This year’s team returns 4 sophomores and has 11 freshman. The freshman are talented players and also good students and outstanding young ladies.

Bobby has been married to his lovely wife Becky for 40 years and has two grown children. Lacey and husband Bryan and Clint and wife Kayla. The Howard’s enjoy 4 grandkids: Carson 18, Knox 8, Sloane 6, and Riggins 3.

Assistant Coach Kayla Howard

Kayla was a 4 year starter at Central Baptist College. Upon graduation served as Assistant Coach at CBC for two years. She has a wealth of knowledge in recruiting, weight training, and practice duties. She will be a valuable asset to the program. Kayla is married to Clint and they have two children, Knox 8 and Riggins 3.
