Pioneer Villas is a modern two-story apartment building available for North Arkansas College students and is located on the college’s South Campus in Harrison, Arkansas. The Villas have a capacity of 64 student residents within 16 fully furnished apartments. Each apartment will house up to four students. There are 12 apartments with 4 single-bedroom units and 4 apartments have 2 bedrooms with double occupancy – perfect for living with friends or making new ones. 

Each apartment features its own living room and kitchen, creating a comfortable space to relax, study, and connect. All 16 apartments come fully furnished with standard twin beds, refrigerator, microwave, stove, living room furniture, study desks with chairs, and chest of drawers, all you need are your personal items. The housing rates include wi-fi internet signal and all utilities. The Pioneer Villas provide a convenient and worry-free living option and will enrich your student life experience.

Leases are available in academic term (Fall '26 - Spring '27). Students can apply for financial aid and certain scholarships toward housing costs.

All students need to be admitted to North Arkansas College in order to apply for campus housing.
