North Arkansas College has established a “Minority Vendor Program” which supports the policy of the State of Arkansas to promote equal opportunity and economic development.
North Arkansas College recognizes the purpose of State of Arkansas Act 1222 of 2009 to support and encourage participation of businesses owned and controlled by Arkansas minority vendors in an effort to provide maximum opportunity for minority business enterprises to participate in the procurement process for state-funded construction projects and in the purchase of goods and services for the College.
