What degree/certificate are you getting? Associates of Arts, AS in Science Engineering and Mathematics, Certificate of General Studies
What interests you about your chosen field? What really interests me about chemistry, and science in general, is that it explains so much about how the world works, and that we are constantly discovering and learning new things from science.
What is one thing you will never forget about your time at UA Northark? Spending time with my friends and doing all the fun actives and events at UA Northark.
What challenges have you faced before or during your college career? Some challenges I’ve faced during my college career is having to juggle high school and college at the same time.
What are you most proud of accomplishing? I’m proud that I am able to graduate college and high school at the same time. I worked hard to be able to do it, and I continued to push through. I kept going when it got hard.
How have you changed since your first day of college? I’ve definitely have become more responsible as a person, and my time at the college has contributed to my growth.
What is one thing you wish you knew before starting college? The importance of not procrastinating.
What is next after graduation? I’m going to the University of Arkansas and majoring in chemistry.
What advice would you give to incoming students? Stay on top of your work! Assignments can really pile up if you push them aside.
