Being your own boss is the dream of many people, but it also can be scary to venture out on your own. This certificate program can help students with basic computer skills as well as the coursework to enable them to write a business plan, understand accounting principles, manage people and resources, obtain financing and market their new business venture. Students can learn how to start a new business venture or manage an existing business.
